Join Bridget Molloy for an in depth study of herbalism and herbal medicine in person this Fall 2026 starting at the end of October in historic downtown Littleton\, Colorado at the Bridget’s Botanicals apothecary.\n\nYou’ll walk away understanding the foundations of herbalism\, herbal remedies to stock your home apothecary\, how to use 100 herbs to enhance your health and wellbeing\, and recipes for classic herbal remedies to support yourself\, family\, and friends. \nExplore foundations of herbalism in the Global Herbal Foundations course as we delve into different areas of the world to learn about healing traditions and ethnobotany focused on medicinal plants. Learn the foundations of herbalism alongside global materia medica (herbal plants and their uses)\, healing rituals\, and herbal recipes of Italy\, Ireland\, Belize\, and the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest to gain a perspective of herbs used around the world.

DESCRIPTION:The adventure begins! Learn how chocolate is made from bean to bar and how to taste chocolate properly while sampling single-origin chocolate. Next\, we’ll pair four different international and domestic wines with 2 chocolates* each\, all handcrafted at The Chocolate Therapist and made specifically for pairing with wines (4 wines\, 10 chocolates total). Shopping discount at end of class. *Chocolates are gluten-free\, soy-free and the dark is made without dairy. (14-person limit per class to insure everyone gets plenty of wine\, wines change every quarter!) \nNo alcohol option: Tea can be substituted for wine for the same price\, and tea guests will recieve a $5 in-store credit for shopping after class. Please call or e-mail the shop if you have a guest that prefers tea at least 2 days before the class.
