Littleton has several exciting grant opportunities on the horizon, and we’re thrilled to share the details with you. These programs provide a fantastic chance for local businesses and organizations to enhance their spaces, foster creativity, and support workforce development.
2025 Revitalization Incentive Grant (RIG)
Applications Open: February 21, 2025
The RIG program offers funding to support improvements to business storefronts, fostering private investment in revitalization efforts. This initiative makes aesthetic enhancements affordable, creative, and impactful for our community. Littleton City Council has allocated $100,000 for the program, administered by the Economic Development Department.

2025 Arts & Culture Grant
Applications Open: February 28 – April 11, 2025
This grant, funded by the Lodgers Tax, supports non-profits aiming to enrich Littleton’s cultural scene. A total of $250,000 is available to eligible applicants:
- Must be a registered non-profit within Littleton city limits.
- Must have operated for at least three years.
- Must offer publicly accessible programming for Littleton residents.
Funds will be distributed in January 2026.

Mural Program
Applications Open: January 1 – February 28, 2025
Help beautify Littleton through the city’s Mural Program! This initiative provides funding for public art projects, strengthening Littleton’s sense of place and community pride.

Competitive Edge Employee Development Program (CEED)
Pre-Award Assessments Due: January 17, 2025, by 5:00 p.m. MST
CEED funds support training opportunities for businesses and non-profits in Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, helping organizations prevent layoffs or upskill their workforce. Employers can choose training programs tailored to their team’s needs.

- Tuesday, January 14, 2025 – 9:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m. MST

Engines Off for Food Trucks Program
Applications Open: February 1, 2025
The Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) offers grants covering up to 80% of electrification costs (up to $20,000) for mobile business owners.
