Queue Downtown Littleton’s Holiday Tree Program presented by M-A Architects and Main Street Partners, which is lighting up Main Street and providing a festive landscape this holiday season thanks to amazing community partners like John Matthews.

M-A Architects along with Main Street Partners has collaborated on the renovation and redevelopment of Main Street in Downtown Littleton over the last 15 years, specifically the block between Curtis and Nevada. Notable businesses on this block include Smokin Fins and The Ballet Physique.
Main Street Partners have been instrumental in the redevelopment of this particular block on Main Street, with revitalization efforts that have included additional windows and storefront renovations. The second floor was transformed into much needed office space, which is now fully occupied. According to John, this project has been a labor of love that has taken time, but has been well worth the effort of bringing vitality to Downtown Littleton.
“I love the historic character and charm of Main Street and the history and historical buildings add a great foundation for a very walkable, vibrant downtown area,” said Matthews.
As it relates to the decision to financially support this year’s holiday tree program, Matthews referenced his love for the annual tree lighting ceremony and the way Main Street was lit up with a tree-lined street — something he’d like to see return upon the completion of Project Downtown. “It’s always been so nice to drive down and look at the lights.”
